    Yes and no. Back in 2013 the state altered the ad valorem to a title based tax of 6.6% of vehicle value. It is paid at time of purchase when vehicle is titled in owners name, and is a one time charge, with annual $20 registration fee. Vehicles purchased prior to 2013 still fall under the old ad valorem system.

    Our State Supreme court struck done the governor's stay at home order. Now it's up to local health departments.
    My stepson Creg left Florida today. Graduated with a master's degree in acting. Coming back here and staying at his dad's for 2 weeks then going to Minneapolis. He's going to stay with his older brother.
