270 degree awning on RCI bed rack w/ awning mount

I’m looking at the Alu-cab shadow awning but it’s just so hard to tell if it will work when I haven’t seen the rack or awning in person. Has anyone seen this done? This will be on a Tacoma.




any input appreciated. I’m pretty set on the awning so might just hope it works and figure out any modifications if needed.

I have a BAMF rack, with his mount. I got a 6.5'x8' awning from Amazon/ebay because they're basically all the same. The 270 awnings are different though. They should have the same mounting as standard awnings

 

Man this is an old post but I have the awning you are asking about just purchased it actually. I’m having issues with the weight distribution. I also have RCI Bed racks. Here is how it looks now installed it today.
