can anyone check their back back rotors for me?

You could paint them with some Rustoleum to stop the surface rust and give it some come color, whether that be black or not.

 

Mine were the same. I hit quickly with a wire wheel and put high temp paint last time I had the wheels off. Will need to do that forever to keep them rust free.

 

Wasn't sure if it was causing the shaking doesn't bother me except the bouncing

Around 150k miles i replaced the drums on my 01 tundra which were the same as the tacoma used. The new drums in the parts box had some surface rust showing through the flat black paint on them.

 

Probably the same thing they used to coat our frames.
