I only had one fire out of it, not sure on how long it took, but i was using dry hardwood maple that my buddy had in his shed. But the pretty sure these types of oven are not made to hurry yourself and make a pizza, they take long to heat up but thats what i want, a good time outside making good pizza for friends and familly.

Arugula has a nice peppery taste. Goes well on some types of pie. That looks yum!

Busted out a few pies in the oven last night. I was too lazy to fire up the wood fired oven outside.1.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg 4.jpg

Someone likes mushroom and someone doesn't. Kinda like my house. My wife is weird, she will eat fresh shrooms but not cooked. :der:

My wife won’t eat them in any way. I like them so I try to get them when I can. I mean veggies on the pizza that makes it healthy right?

I usually use fresh mushrooms but I'm socially distancing myself from them at the moment. :(

Breakfast Pizza. Homemade crust, my hens laid the eggs, and the bacon is from a pig we raised. :D

Looks nice. I don't eat eggs but any pizza is breakfast pizza for me as long as it's hot.

Same. I've been on a kick for the last 6 months or so where if I make a pizza it's been breakfast probably 9 times out of 10, even when I'm cooking dinner

    Can't. Never had it.
Are they the 'hot and ready' pizza place?

Nothing wrong with breakfast for dinner. Last breakfast pizza I did was sausage gravy base, mozzarella and Colby cheese, eggs, sausage, bacon and ham. Crust was from my local pizza place.

We have a local company called Portland Pie that sells doughballs for crust. They're pretty good and I like buying them occasionally, but 40 cents' worth of flour and yeast vs $2.50 for a dough ball is usually a hard sell for me, lol. More of a convenience thing than anything
