Can I fit 33’s on my 2018 with the proper offset without rubbing? And if so what offset would I need?

Not really. People say you can put 33" pizza cutters on without rubbing, some say you can do fatty 33s without rubbing...but all my friends who have 3rd gens with 33s have had to cut and myself as well. I would plan on cutting....but it would be nice if you didn't have to.

When I went up to 33s (285/75/16); I did a ton of research to minimize rubbing. Went with 0 offset and 4.5 backspace, lifted, aftermarket UCA, and proper alignment specs to move the wheel forward.

On the road, I barely rubbed and it's very rare. Offroading, I would rub at full compression. Did CMC and pinch weld mod to completely eliminate rubbing so I wouldn't have to worry about it cause I hate anything that rubs. I get OCD with that kinda things even if its rare. Just knowing that it could rub got on my skin so did everything to make sure it doesn't.
