    You won't change my mind

I've carried a Glock every single day since June of 2007 minus a handful of vacations where I didn't fly with a gun

I've trusted my life with OEM mags for that entire time...I maintain them properly and ill choose them over anything else if I can

Magpul are just cheap and work so they supplement for around the house or backpack backup mags

I only run Glock oems on my carry weapons. I’ve had too many failure to feeds, stove pipes, a mag cracking. All kinds of things that I just don’t trust aftermarket. Ets is complete junk imho. Magpul is good for range trips and their ar mags have never failed me.

My youngest just showed me a Gl9ck mag that he carries off duty, spring failed.

    Failure to feed.

But to be fair, same issue with his SA TRP Operator, Wilson Combat mags, spring failure.

    Happens to all.

There's a vendor/guy on AR15.com that I had to get mine from. If you can't find them online I'll search for the link.

What appendix carry holsters do y'all prefer that are somewhat budget friendly? Specifically while driving. I always see people mount there gun somewhere in the truck but I don't want to risk mine being seen by anyone nor do I want to run the risk of forgetting it in there. I prefer to keep it on me at all times. I haven't had any issues appendix carrying with a no name kydex holster for my G43 but when I sit down to drive, it becomes very uncomfortable. I was looking at T-rex arms IWB holsters, just hate to spend that much on one and not like it.

Depending on how many rounds that's had through it you got a hell of a deal. I've been running KKM on a few of mine and have been very pleased with them.

AR15 PMAG's are for duty use.

Glock PMAGs are for competition. Evidence for that is that they make them in 140 and 170mm configs for competition, but fail more frequently than Glock mags when subjected to environmentals.

Range day Friday , cleanup today . You really come to appreciate simplicity after you detail strip and scrub 2 K frames and a 1911 then save the Glocks for last

Finally got to hold a g43x. Felt really nice in my hands. They just had the basic sight one. What is everybodies opinion on basics sights and upgrading or going with the ameriglo from the beginning? I don’t have the tool to switch them myself.

For a ccw I would definitely add night sights. I’ve had trijicon or ameriglos on all my Glocks. A “stock” Glock for me is night sights and a 3.5lb connector, I also polish up some of the internals and call it good.

For sure, it will definitely have night sights on it either way at the end.
