... literally every suspension lift has a prop65 warning for known carcinogen ... I'm a cancer survivor, and would like to avoid being around anything that could cause a relapse, so am I SOL or are there lifts out there that don't use cancer causing products in their manufacture.

Has a medical professional told you that carcinogens are more likely to cause cancer for you because you’ve already had cancer?

Prop 65 is the California warning, correct? If you wanted to avoid everything with a Prop 65 label you would be naked and afraid out in the woods of Alaska, buy a lift and ask TW members or a shop to install it for you and just don't touch it.
I'm pretty sure the interior of your truck has a prop 65 warning plastered on it somewhere (probably on the airbag label).

Congrats on beating cancer, my cousin is almost 6 years clear of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, it was a battle for him even as a otherwise healthy young 20's kid.

Just about everything sold now has Prop65 warning. It's a California thing.

Almost all electronics, such as what you’re using, have prop65’s warnings somewhere. It seems almost impossible to not have something in your possession or household that is prop65 free. Just food for thought.

What about everything else around you that could possibly cause cancer? The sun, any electrical cord, the plastics and other synthetic materials in your truck, the air you're breathing, the food you're eating, the water from your tap the petroleum based plastic toothbrush you put in your mouth every day etc.. I'd say your suspension choice is the least of your cancer causing worries. Wheel on my friend!

This doesn’t carry a Prop 65 warning. Any suspension with hydraulic shocks and even rubber tires carry the warning.
