With as rubbed as that corner is I think a lot of that came from the tire getting shoved into it then when it was traveling back down pulling that corner down. You can also see some cracking in your firewall from that clip hole down probably from the tire as well just shoving into it bending it till it started cracking. Having it plated in and supported would probably of prevented that. I've seen many never closed with none of that wheeled pretty hard for longer than a yr., but there was no tire contact either.

The rubbing you see was from the 37s pre cab relocate. 35s barely rubbed it. It's not cracked at the clip hole above the cab mount but it is separating, from jumping the truck, above where there's a seam.

What’re you guys running on pressure? Currently at 31 cold. I think I’m still too high looking at the dirt collection. Don’t have chalk currently. Running probably 6-700 lbs more than stock.

So on my 33 E-Loads I run 42 lbs because my truck is a fat pig now. On the 35s run 20psi but that was a chalk test. The tire inflation tables dont go low enough for our load ratings for these size tires but using some general math a 315/70/17 or whatever looks to need about 25-30 psi to meet the load requirements of about 2100

I run 30 lb air haven't chalk test but I'm just going by feel and handling and stuff like that and the way the tire looks Don't really want to go much lower than that mine are also C load range tires so the max pressure is only like 65 I think or 50

Looks like 6112 is set on 5th notch? is that the 600lb coils that came with 6112? Whats the measurements from middle of the hub to fender?

Correct. Current measurement from hub to fender is 22 inches. Note I have a steel plate front bumper ~100 lbs. + steel front skid (maybe 40 lbs).

    and you are clearing 35s?
I'm currently on 700lb, max 6th notch and no aftermarket weight up front except a slider.
Will be replacing the 700# coils to 650# and debating which notch to set it at. I'd prefer to drop to 5th notch with 650lb for better ride quality and want to clear 33s but I'm trying to avoid major rack. Currently rear at 26" (mid hub to fender with Dakar HD) and front 25" (700lb coils + 6th notch). The measurement at 4th notch w/ 700lb was 24" up front and the 2" rake was too much, reason why I went to 6th notch.
    I do have SPC UCA's.

FYI I think 700 lbs is not recommended by Bilstein for the 6112s. But it sounds like you’re going to 650 so that’s good.

Lifting another inch or 2 will help with on road around town rubbing, but when off roading your tires are going to get stuffed and 1.5 inch or 3 inch lift doesn’t matter at that point. You might rub less often with higher lift but your tire is going to stuff to the same extent mine will.

You should inspect your CV boots, you're already way past the recommended 23" maximum, beyond that the ride starts to suffer a lot and the CV boot fins will begin to rub at ride height and destroy themselves.

What's everyone using to fix their speedometer when jumping to 35s?

You have to recalibrate with a flash of some sort. Toyota uses an algorythm off the front WSS. Even regeared to 4.88s, my gps speed vs spedo is 5 mph off at 70 (I'm really going 75) Not that big of a deal really. Also I'm ~14 miles more after the odo reads 200 miles. Just clock that sort of thing and drive for a while you'll soon learn what your truck is really doing if you pay attention.

I'm on 700# springs on either the 4-5th notch (I think the 5th) and just fine CV angles are good still have some droop and handles the bumper, winch and other armor added just fine. It rides a tad rough as the valving in the Billies isn't the greatest. Just waiting for the right deal to come along for my front suspension set up.

Huge thanks again to this thread! After reading up on how to set up my SPC UCAs for the alignment, I was able to take the truck to the shop and get some great results. Overall, no rubbing around town anymore and no issues rubbing while my suspension is compressed, either.

You can install a hypertech speedo to adjust but I just just calculated the speed at like 35, 55 etc and just adjusted based on the difference
