Getting some extreme tire wear on drivers front , all suspension seems fine and was not over inflated first pic is the bad wear. Other is a good tire. Centers almost bald

Can't really tell where there is wear. You need to pull out a tread depth gauge or swing by a tire shop and get them to take some measurements and post them here. Measure across the face of the tires taking several readings and do so on all 4 then post up the measurements.

Get a little tire depth gauge that might help you figure out where you are wearing too much. Weird for it to be wearing in the middle like that is not over inflated... I think with the gauge you will be able to start a warranty claim. At least it will give you more ammo if you try...

Second pic is the bad wear. it's cupped pretty bad. That's not a tire issue, its a vehicle issue / typical with knobby tires on some vehicles.

Centers wearing more than outer is an indication of overinflation.
Different than what's coming to the stock market soon.

    That looks cupped .

Go back to where you bought them and tell them they are dangerous and try to work a deal on something else . One way or another I would get them off my truck soon .

That's is cupped bad. Note pattern of blocks with dust/dirt. Thats the only parts of the tread that are touching the pavement. Those things will be noisy as F, and vibrate like crazy.

I see its now on the back. Could have been caused by something loose or out of alignment or just lack of rotating. Which is crucial on knobby, large lug, over sized tires.

Damn, half of your tire is not even touching the pavement.

Hard to say. SO many variables with that type of wear. If you've ever seen the Jeep/Ford solid axle death wobble, that's pretty much what the tread is doing. Just on a millimeter scale. Something is causing the tread blocks to twist as they contact the road. Not coming down flat or straight. Which eventually will "bind" and snap back straight as the block comes up off the road. Thus causing heat/wear on the back half the block. If the alignment has been checked, and nothing is lose in the suspension. Not much you can do but rotate. Criss-cross em at times also.
Should always check the alignment after an off-road adventure as well. I'd lean toward toe and camber being off on that side. Maybe not out of spec, but not centered in the spec. But then again, I've done jeeps perfect, and they cup no matter what with the marital aid knobbies. :D

You will get strange wear from lack of rotating on MTs. Also, 30 psi seems really low for what I am guessing are E load tires. I was getting odd wear on my ST Maxxs at lower psi. I am at 40-42 after heating up and they wear a lot better. How many miles on them?
