I have an 02 Tacoma TRD with aftermarket (Bilstein) adjustable shocks, (my truck is not lifted) and a fairly new set of BFG's K02"s. I bought the the 265/75 R16 set E rated tires and a set of KMD rims. I run fairly low air pressure (22psi front and back) as I live in the country with lots of dirt roads and very little highway driving. When I do have to drive on the highway I bring the tires up to 35psi. I have had some work on the front end, new brake pads, rotors, CV joints etc. and have had the truck aligned twice and both places said it was dead on. The truck doesn't pull to and looks like it is sits even on flat ground. The problem is that the inside tread of both front tires is wearing out enough that friends have pointed it out. One buddy says the shocks are spent. The shocks are only 2 years old and I don't drive my truck hard although I live in a town with mostly dirt roads so it does get more wear an tear than most. Another friend says to replace all the bushings...what does "all" mean? That advice seems to me as unguided and I don't want to throw away good money replacing things that are still good. With reference to the bushings are there ones that would directly affect the uneven tread wear? Any insight into the suspension or the bushings or something entirely different would be appreciated.
Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Lift the front and check for play in the front bearings, if they are shot or there is play that allows for negative camber under load, the inside will wear. The same will happen if the front is towed out too much from bad steering parts or loose suspension parts.

jack each side up and wiggle the tires and see if there is play anywhere.

Don't go cheap on your alignment, otherwise you'll be paying more for tires. Spend that extra 20-40 dollars

Around $26,000 worth of unleaded in the fuel tank.
Worn upper ball joints will cause inner tire wear and so will worn out front shock bushings.
