    If you don't have the backup camera I would install a pop and lock and not use foot loop.

    I do have a back up camera. I've read some installs of popnlock are harder with that. I just want the most secured as possible.

    The pop and lock is really easy. Just a matter of running a couple wires and connecting them. And screwing the pop and lock in place. Nothing to it.

    You don't need the pop and lock. But.... it's a good investment if you don't want your tailgate to get stolen. I've seen it happen plenty of time and see them sold on craigslist, ebay, etc....

    I have the G4 Elite and Pop and Lock and love them both :thumbsup:

    tail gate lock, rear view mirror bracket, hood hinge brackets, and the list grows.
    Great cover only issue I had was the stupid seal between the cover and the top of the tailgate. Double sided tape doesn't really last long I ended up using pop rivets. All in all I love the cover

    Wow that was easy! Picked up popnlock PL4500 and 15min after I got home it was done. Looks and works great. Thx everyone

    I've had mine on for 5 1/2 years now. Still looks like the day I bought it. I hit it with a coat of spray wax after every wash.
