New to TW... and a bed mount tire question to boot!

So I am totally new to TW, mainly b/c I drove a 2000 Tundra (I STILL love her) for 20 years.

A LOT has changed in 20 years, as I can tell with all the "normal" bells and whistles that come with a six speed manual off road package...

I have SO missed driving a stick, and I was lucky enough to find one...

So I am posting pics of the truck with a new RC (i know how those are viewed around here, it is an entry level kit as I look at it) 3" susp lift with 33's and 17 wheels.

NOT a drool puddle, I know, but it IS my first lifted truck, and a money pit for years to come I would assume.

Anyhow, my 33's evidently do NOT fit under the stock wheel undercarriage, so I am now looking for an angled tire bed mount rack for the spare.

Could anyone recommend a good one for a 3rd gen? I figure if it's gonna be in the bed, might as well get an angled and show off the tires a bit more...?

Thanks ahead of time, and I already LOVE the community, lots of knowledgeable people from what I have read in my past year of lurking in the background. Appreciate the opportunity to become a member![IMG]

I think she looks pretty good! I believe u can modify a few things to fit a 33 in the spare location, bend some tabs back and swap holes on the hoist.

If I had a clue of what you were talking about, I would take it under advisement! I am newbie AF and as Green as Green gets with the Taco World I am about to enter, but I will take a look underneath and see if I can figure it out, and thanks!

Do some searches. Use Google, not the built in Tacomaworld search. Something along the lines of "bigger spare 3rd gen Tacomaworld". Also, welcome to tw. The secret to this site is research. Every single answer u can possibly think of, including variables, is here, it just takes some time to get there. If you're ever on the fence, do research here and you'll quickly find out the direction you want to go. Good luck!
