Does anyone know how to find this Bumper Trim clip/retainer screw?

So I was taking off my old dented chrome rear bumper to swap to a new color match skin and noticed one of the corner bumper trim pieces was missing one of these screw/clips to attach it securely .(this side isn't missing one but I'm talking about those flat oblong pieces)


I've searched all the bumper schematics and find everything but one of these little buggers.

If that is the bottom, the current schematics show 3 clips in that area that are black, just like the 1 in the pick next to the 2 oblong clips. Maybe a part change?

 

It's the top of the bumper. Those flat screws slide into the the bottom of the corner trim pieces to hold them down.

 

On my Tacoma X-Runner schematic, it looks like part number
90109-A0038
