And do the rear seats fold into the floor?

 

It still has the long slide rail style second row reclining seats, so no, they don't fold. Since 2010, they have been slide rail seats with quick release lever to remove them completely from the van. Then the 3rd row folded into the floor. This cleared the entire area behind the front seats for hauling larger items.
