Hello, I have been directed to this awesome site many times this year as i look to finally put some effort into setting up my truck for some camping fun. I picked up a 2020 Off road just before all of this COVID nonsense and now I need to start getting it ready to do some off road camping this summer. I have actually owned several tacomas over the years and absolutely love them. I am probably going to add a cap as I call it, or topper first, followed immediately by tires. I would love any feedback on hard toppers. I am wondering if they all are able to have roof racks and will they all be able to carry some wight on top? I am looking for a used one which there aren't many in Canada for the gen3 right now. Can I just drill in and add a roof rack? Has anyone actually used their topper to sleep in the bed of the truck? How do they do with all of the moving around offroad? Any feedback would be appreciated on pros and cons.
