Has anyone installed a portable Viair model under the hood? I've considered doing this as an emergency preparedness and maintenance tool rather than an air locker/deflate for crawling/heavy use tool. I am the only guy in my group with a truck and often get the call to help. I'd like to have this with a hose connection up front and in the bed with a hose I can attach wherever is handy. This could easily be installed behind the seat or kept portable, just thinking through it. I don't expect to use it enough to drop the heavy cash on an ARB or similar but would like to make it permanent and under the hood to make room for other recovery gear and tools.
