We are putting dividers that are optional. Cut boards for drawers the bottom of the drawer 57-3/4” long 18” wide. Walls are 57-3/4” long 6-1/4” wide. Back wall of the drawers is 16.5” long 6-1/4” wide.

Cut 4 metal pcs at 57” long. Drill pilot holes every 8” all the way through on one side open the holes so the screws and drill bit can go inside the tubing (sorry have no picture of this part just the end result) after your done drilling clean metal of all oil and dirt. Primer and paint if desired. When mounting the metal to the drawer measure from top of the first bearing to the base board and subtract 1/4” this measurement is how high you need to mount metal onto the drawer.

this is what we did for the front of the drawers. We made them 2 different sizes so you couldn’t see bearings and the middle board.

the back of the lock. Going to use the extra metal tubing to lock it in somehow.
