I just ordered my OME kit with 887 coils and the 95r leaf pack. I’m wanting about 2” all around as I want to maintain at least some rake. I have heard ya got to remove the third leaf from the 95r to get 2” rather than 2.75.” Is this true? How do I do this exactly if I do need to rake this off as I planned to install myself but now it just seems to be getting more complicated. TIA!!!

With no weight in the bed of my DCSB I got 2.5” of lift from the Dakar’s that I installed last week. It seems they have settled a smidge since then

for the front? Fox 2.5 extended travel coilovers. I believe they’re 600 pound springs

Do people remove leafs from the med pack? I know people remove leafs from the ELO96 like I have to lower it and make a medium, but what is the load rating after removing a leaf from the medium pack?

Honestly that’s what I am curious of too because I’m wondering if the source I got the information from didn’t actually get the 96 and thought they got the 95

Not that I have heard of. I got maybe a little over 2" after settling on the 95r. I have sliders, a 33" spare under the bed, and a rear bumper, but I didn't get 2.5".

I've never heard of removing leafs from the mediums either, just the HD pack to make it a medium, and adding to the medium to make it heavy of course.
Sounds like it too me. But I learn something new here every day lol.
