2020 Tacoma off-road Access Cab

I have a 2020 Off-road access cab with Premium radio & Navigation. I want to update the StartUpImage and the DisplayOffImage. I’ve found numerous videos and instructions for eTune v2 but can’t seem to find anything on v3. Does anyone know if this is possible via V3? And if so how? Within settings/ general, I do not have options for Customize Startup image or Customize Screen off image
