Fuck man. Pinched nerve in the neck is so much more disabling than a fucked up back. What the hell did I do wrong?!

Sounds like you need an Asian Massage joint. Or a chiropractor. Neither of which is available at the moment.

I'd probably find my self a nice dark place to lie down after 800mg of ibu. But that's just me.

Chiro didn't do anything worth while, really. Mine is open here in town.

Got muscle relaxers, ibu, Tylenol, and left over oxycodone from my knee surgery. None of which do anything more than kick an ounce or two. Going to the base tomorrow for work... I'll try to yell at my doctor to get me an MRI, and maybe a shot in the neck.

Bro. What about the Asian Massage thing? Happy Ending Option could benefit.

Get the mac-n-cheese side and dump a green salsa in it. Trust me. Their chicken is pretty good.

Imma go back and have one or two more things but right now, I'm on target to try the Menudo-not many places I would eat that at.

    How long are those effective?
Do they numb the area for the injection first?

I'm actually hoping they can refer me to a pain management clinic up here so I don't have to sit on base for a few hours waiting.

And it depends on the shot. Some are only good for 36-48hours. Corticosteroid is good for weeks to months. An epidural is good for who knows long. I just want to know if it's just a pinched nerve or a herniated disc

It alleviates my pain for about 2 months tops. I can only get them every 3 months. Usually do 2 cortisone injections right above my ass. They spray this cold ass spray then hit you. Im use to them at this point. Still in pain daily, but it does help lower the pain level

Fingers crossed its nothing major bro.
