Have a 3 inch RC lift on my 2018 SR5. Tires are Toyo ATIII’s 285/70/17. Rims are Fuel D572 JM2. It's weird because the driver's side clears with no rubbing, but on the passenger side, it rubs against the bottom spoiler. Just remove the bottom spoiler (15 screws and 5 minutes of your time) and everything will clear with no rubbing. Still stock UCA with no problems.

What's the offset of your rims? Do you have a pic from the front so I can see the wheel profile

-6 offset. Stick out about 1/2 to 1inch

Do you have an alignment sheet?

It probably helps they are a short 33 (32.8). I have geolander g003 mts in 285 75 16, 33.2 tall with a 2in lift and they rub, with ucas and more caster and aIMG_20200506_181835_371.jpg cmc they will be fine. It's the price we pay to go bigger. Idk why toyota can't make the wheel well a little bit better to accept a 33, that's not even as big tire anymore.

Every truck has slight variances. Happy that it worked out for you, but it’s not a guarantee for everyone

Yea it's weird how some have more issues than others. But I'm sure with any flexing he will rub. Shocked he is at a 3in lift with stock ucas, alignment has to be suffering.

This. 285 just don't fit on these trucks without some adjusting. Not a big deal, but they don't, so this is a big claim. Threads like this made me try the stock UCA on a 2" lift. A 2+ in lift won't let you get the alignment you want on stock UCAs with stock geometry. My truck drives, but the alignment is WAY short on caster, I mean .6 on both sides and camber had to be pushed to 1.2 to get there. My narrow 33s (255) also rubbed in the rear of the well just a bit when flexing when stock. I am sure it will be worse now with caster moved back. I don't see how a wider tire with the same alignment issues will not rub when flexing and a little turn. That's probably a good choice in offset, but I think it will rub. No offence meant man, it looks really good, but I don't believe it's issue free until I see an alignment sheet and a flex test.

I wish my 265/75/16 Duratracs came in a Pizza Cutter 255/85/16 size!

I like my tires, like I like my women. Tall & skinny!

Well most people want it to not rub when off roading too. That’s the real problem area. Doubt it won’t rub off road for you. Would be happy for you if I was wrong but probably not gunna happen.

Thanks for the front pic. That stance looks great from the front. Currently looking for wheel upgrades but hesitant on pulling the trigger. That pic just about sold me
