See that's true flexibility right there and that's why I want me one.

I forgot to mention, but i just reread your previous post and yes you can drive with the sides rolled up too and just have the cage/frame up. Great if you've got dogs that ride in the back

If I pull the Y pipe off of my truck what would I need to replace? Local shop will tap a bung for me for $60 but figure I probably need to change out the gasket.

If its the stock y-pipe or an aftermarket y-pipe...... I tend to replace the gaskets if they haven't been changed. There's the "donut" gasket between the outlet of the y-pipe to the front of the exhaust pipe. And the 2x smaller circle gaskets for the inlet of the y-pipe to the exh manifolds. (There are specialized gaskets for this if you are using an aftermarket y-pipe).

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
If you are going JFR Y, I would resuse stock because you will use a different flat gasket with his Y-pipe anyway.

For now this is just a stock Y pipe so I can get some AFR action for @JustDSM and myself. I hope to get some version of a JFR but stock pull drop off to weld shop and put back on.

If anyone has part numbers ill need that would be awesome.

I see them on RockAuto for Under $8 each with a little shipping on top. Seems like the best price around. Anyone else see a better, post it up.

Here's the donut gasket i bought. Stupid expensive, but having used bosal and other cheap aftermarket ones in the past, i can say with certainty this one is better quality

ah ok I guess I copied the wrong one. I did see that. I plan to use the OEM ones but at this rate for the mean time welding the bung is better than ordering a no weld. I ordered one but its too big and rather not double down again.

If you get the heavy duty gaskets from URD, they are reusable. For the headers to y-pipe. They are the best, in my opinion.

Unless using the JFR y-pipe. Then you'll need what he uses.
