    Hey Guys,

Looking for reviews/recommendations on seat back Molle panels for Driver and Passenger seats in 2014 DCSB.

I already have Cover King Neoprene covers, so I would prefer not dropping big coin on whole new seat covers to add this functionality. I'm ok if there is a front part that goes over the cover kings if necessary, just don't want to do a full high-dollar replacement.

I have looked a little bit at the Smittybilt G.E.A.R, and quite a few generics on Amazon, like these:
    https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B082YQSXMY/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ASRUK7PUT91UX&psc=1
    and these(this one I see re-enforcing):
    https://smile.amazon.com/BDK-CSC-10...T88P0Z6WPZF&psc=1&refRID=JGCG8JKJTT88P0Z6WPZF

I am looking for sturdy, so I can keep a 22oz rock hammer, maybe a 3 or 4 lb mini sledge, binocs, and maybe a prybar or two, maps, water bottle, etc

Would like real world opinions from fellow Tacoma Owners.

    Thanks

    Mods? Yes, oh yes..
I would suggest getting a MOLLE for the back wall instead of the seats. Don't forget about the in-seat air bags and impeding with car seat cover or straps can be deadly. I have the back wall MOLLE panel and absolutely love it. I made my own but picked up a panel on here, should have done that in the first place. Buy once, cry once.

There may be options out there that accommodate the airbags like the TW neoprene covers you can get here. if you are gonna get pouches and unless you are going for style points I would get different colors. red for 1st aid, brown for a change of shorts and socks because brown, etc. There's so many ways to go. I was dumb and bought all black. Have fun, goooood luck!

I ended up ordering these. I will see if i need to stiffen them up and go from there. For the price for two i can afford to experiment..:sawzall:

    Blast from the past!

I tried them, they are well made, but as I was afraid, flimsier at the top than I would like, so currently sitting on my workbench waiting for a modification. I just bought a heavy duty sewing machine for some custom sized molle pouches and a future Wedge RTT tent project, so I was planning on working on these. What I am going to try is reinforcing the tops and maybe bottoms with some aluminum flat stock. I think for the money they are pretty good, I just want a little more firmness as I will being hanging a rock hammer and chisels and the like on it.

I've had a back of the seat Molle panel for a few years that holds FAK's, fire starter, flares, and assorted BS. My pass seat has a OEM pouch that I use for paper maps and don't want to cover it. I picked up another Molle and I have it on the front of the pass seat, I run solo 95%+ of the time. I use this for all the crap I carry to and from the truck every time I get in it, keys, wallet, phone, smokes w/lighter. I also got a lot of crap out of the center counsel, knife, lettermen, lights, assorted crap. If I need to seat for a passenger it takes 20 seconds to flip it around to the back. It's very convenient to have everything within reach.
