2011 Toyota Tacoma

I have had this intermittent rattle for some time now... seems like its coming from the engine or under the driver + passenger seats. I thought it might be a heat shield, but after inspection could not find anything.. Can only hear it when stopped and in neutral. seconds 2,3 are the easiest to hear it. Video in link.

Louder when you first crank it up in the AM, then intermittent and you can only hear when parked/not moving.
