Help with OME Lift

Hey all,

So I bought my truck used and it already had a OME lift installed. Currently I’m about 1 1/4” lower in the front vs the rear. I’m wanting to add a bumper/winch but I want to bring the front end up a little before hand. Are there any I.D marks or anything to know which coils I have installed already? Or any recommendations you guys have? I’m currently running 285/70/17’s no clearance issues, not sure of the size of lift I have though.

 

Should be some letters and numbers on the top of the leafs then the fronts only thing I’ve seen on my springs was a label taped to them
