can anyone tell me why my 6 speed automatic transmission is always hunting for the proper gear? I find this very irritating since I commute to work 100 miles each way and its totally exhausting me driving this truck, I never noticed or really test drove any highway miles before I purchased it based solely on Toyota dependability, im thinking of lemon lawing it and getting a Suburu outback. Im spending more of my personal time in the Toyota dealerships service department and am not getting reimbursement money from Toyota corp. and will be filing a class action lawsuit for loss of quality life time

Will a 351 Cleveland motor swap in a 3rd gen be a direct bolt on or will I need to modify?

i went off roading this weekend and my stock sr5 with 4x4 truck couldnt go where the jeeps can go
why is this? i thought this was an off roading vehicle

I just installed some EBAY LED ditch lights on my truck and all of a sudden my DRL Headlamps are burning out, I feel thru my vast knowledge of electrical circuitry that it has to be a flaw in the Tacomas electrical harness design not the 50 cent LED lights that were made in Wuhan province, now Toyota corp will not warranty the trucks DRLs headlights a $250 a pop how unfair is that! Anyone have any input or insight to what I should do to force Toyota corp to replace every DRL light that burns out since it was their inferior electrical design that's causing this.

just take it to the dealership if they refuse make sure the leave them multiple 1 star reviews and call them out here and then find a better dealership
