I picked up a 2019 Black Tacoma SR5 4WD with 17k miles for $13,000. Front end collision to the front right passenger side. The hit went to the upper front passenger side for the most part. The frame was determined to be good. I wanted to document this rebuild, so I figured this would be the best place.

    Parts to replace so far:
Windshield, Front Passenger Fender Apron, Rail, Fender, Fender Flare, Headlights, Grill, Bumper, & Radiator support brackets.

So far, I have ordered all new OEM parts, with the exception of the headlights. The main damage will be repaired by a shop, and I will be repairing/swapping out the bolt on stuff.

OEM headlights are too expensive, so went with the next best thing.

    Current investment (Updated 01/23/2024):
    Truck - $13,000
New Front Bumper Cover - $130
    New Grill Assembly - $164
    Used Grill Insert - $20
New Lower Bumper Cover Grill - $54
New Fog Light Kit Assembly - $64
    New Passenger Fender - $212
    New Headlights - $295
    New Winshield - $200
New OEM Parts Structure Rebuild - $497
    Labor for Rebuild - $1500
New OEM Front Fender Flair - $112
    TRD Black Wheels w/ tires - $800
    TRD Black Seats - $800
    TRD Hood - $550
    Dash + 4 Airbags - $1900

Price added, and no brokerage or auction site. Picked up from a private seller.

And it critically matters here. Others show a salvaged, wreck Taco for 21K and it's already a bad idea.

OP is starting at 13k so this seems like a better way to start, so far.

No damage, a bracket was bent but the integrity of the frame is good to go

Yeah I’ll bite. Doesn’t seem like a bad deal if you plan to drive the truck into the ground.

I've seen some fiber glass and carbon fiber hood options for tacomas, Locally they have them for 1,000 on offer up in LA. Your hood looks fine though! Just sayin if you consider it.

If you are getting an off road front bumper get the ones that are cut right below the headlights. Example: CBI T3 or Stealth Fighter

    Check out https://tacomabeast.com/collections/bumpers-3rd-gen

Most important of all though, Get those airbags fixed/replaced!
