Pulled the 21ft bayliner for the first time today, handled it great at highway speeds.

Finished topping off the transmission from being a tad short and drained and filled transfer case with synthetic oil. Just got the front and rear diff left and all fluids besides brakes should be done.

We'll just blame it on Carol Baskin, since @Cody23 isn't around anymore.

Worked on my truck bed cubby to seal it up. Used window insulation to give the height needed for the locks and hinges and gorilla tape to seal it.IMG_0229.jpg IMG_0230.jpg IMG_0231.jpg IMG_0232.jpg IMG_0233.jpg IMG_0233.jpg IMG_0236.jpg IMG_0237.jpg IMG_0235.jpg Pretty easy. Will see how long it lasts. Live in farm country where it is dusty.

I'm happy to see the rust can come off. I've had mine for 2 years and will be rebuilding soon, too. What steps did you take to remove the rust and re seal the surface?

Finally got around to cleaning up my headlights. I CAN SEE AGAIN!

A year and a half ago I used straight sandpaper and wet sanding with a lot of elbow grease with a cheap sprtiz-on sealer. The results were eh, and eventually I ran out of sealer spritz and didn't care because it wasn't doing much sealing anyway, and the UV hazing came back.

This time, I used the 3M "heavy duty" kit with the drill attachment and sealed it with the Sylvania UV clear coat kit. We'll see how it goes, but the 3M kit worked great.

Yea driving around town is fine but highway driving is where she really struggles. I have a pedal commander which helps but trying to hold 75 mph my truck is constantly shifting :( I believe my backspacing is 3.5” I have 1.5” spacers in the rear to line up with my +2 TC arms in the front
