I have a 2020 off-road trim. Im debating if I should place rear drive shaft spacers on my 3” front and 1” rear Lifted tacoma. I was wondering if anyone experienced positive, negative or neutral results when they decided to go ahead and do the install on their 2020truck?

    Are you getting vibrations?
If you are then, install it or axle shims may be needed. Or if you are 4wd, it could be the needle bearing. Put it in 4wd hi and see if vibe goes away. If it does, then plan on the ecgs swap.

Tbh i cant really tell if there are vibrations bc of the tires I got 285/55R20 E-load and its a Q. I cant tell on 4WD either. All i know is after the lift the ride is not smooth anymore.

It’s a truck not a caddy. A few things e rated tires and that lift will do it.

tacomas are kinda shaky as is.
when I put my k02s E rated it became shakier
If you feel like youre losing your mind with the vibe and cant tell if it was there before or not, probably just how it is

Also bro not much side Wall on those rims you are running with those 20’s . I run 32” tire on stock off-road wheels and I’m at 30psi to have a little softer. IMO it’s still stiffer with lift etc. I don’t mind stiffer , it’s in a good way. Just my 2 cents.

-with 30 psi, its comfortable? I run on 35 myself. The more sidewall a tire has the more quieter it is you think??

It’s a lot better but I don’t mind at all. Love the ride 5100’s all around lifted with AAL.
