    It made a huge difference! There was so much noise coming from that area, Toyota should be embarrassed. The sound deadening made a big, big difference!

    Loin is too lean for low and slow. Gotta cook hot and fast with loin. Just like you would want to do with Filet Minion.

    On pork loin and pork tenderloin I use a thermometer and watch it like a hawk.
    If it's too dry, sauce it up a bit.

    I tied hot and quick on the last couple. First I did the small ends of the loin and they were fantastic. Next I did a big end the same way to the same internal temps and it came out dry. So, I decided to tryout this way I'll just have to keep playing with it

    Well like I said I did it like a but. I smked until it was 160 inside then wrpped in foil with applejuice and cooked slow until 204. The butts fall apart when I do them that way but apparently it just isn't the same

    Last time when I cooked at high temp 145. This time smoked to 160 then wrapped to 204 with apple juice
