Noise Identification help Please.

Hello all, I have a 2019 Tacoma SR, I4, AT, 4WD. We went out this morning then parked it with no problems. About 4 hours later I walked by and could here a noise near the drivers side rear tire. Sounded like a little motor running. I went under and took this picture of what I believe was making the noise. I then started the truck let it run for 5 minutes, shut it off and the noise was gone. Truck ran and started great. So the million dollar question.... what is that thing in the picture and why is it making that noise ? Thank you in advance for ANY help.

normal (not abs pump that’s just what op of the linked thread thought originally)

 

Yap. Checking the EVAP system in the gas tank. Normal.
