Long range forcast looks promising so I am planting tender stuff today. It's not uncommon for us to still get a frost this late. The latest I remember is June 10.

crazy amounts of rain here, so a rare shot of lushness in north Texas. this is my entryway to my house. when i moved in 3 years ago it was the toxic dump for the crew renovating the house for previous 6 months. so this took some work. i originally did it to give my boy a place to play with his toy tractors & trucks, he's seriously into it.

Got all my tender stuff planted today, so now everything is in. Planted two kinds of beans, corn, squash, and put my tomatoes out. Early stuff that was planted back in April, and is growing good is, kale, Swiss chard, lettuce, spinach, onions, carrots, and beats.

Not "garden" related specifically but does anyone know how to get rid of moles? Yard and garden full of trenchs. Since Annie has quit chasing them, they have gone nutz :annoyed:  :angrygirl:  :censored: :notsure:

I have one something like that, but never caught one.... it's time to get it out!!!

You don't know how close I am to doing that  Front yard is worse than the back - cut my grass tonight and I don't think there's one square inch that isn't dug up.

My yard was like that years ago. I tried to use one of the smoke bombs. I got the brilliant idea to use a leaf blower to get the smoke down deep. It turned into a Wile-E-coyote moment when the smoke blew out the other 20 holes at the same time. I laughed my ass off.

We’ve had a lot of rain since we planted our garden but today through next weeks looks nice. Plants are doing good and seeds are starting to poke through.
