When I sold for Toyota. And would be training a new salesman. I always had a lil fun with it.

I gave every new salesman(woman) an extra $5 for every time they slipped the word "essentially" into every Sale as long as they landed it.

I had one kid make an extra 125 on his first sale because he said it so many damn times . I honestly dont know why this is in my head tonight but it was hilarious. I was struggling to keep a straight face.


"So essentially you can either go new or used, but essentially you would be better off with x y or z. And essentially I believe you deserve this vehicle. Because essentially you work hard, and essentially it is the vehicle you clearly want. So essentially let's just sign and get ya home so essentially you and I can go home and essentially you get to wake up and essentially have a new car in your garage...
