Kicker tweeter is 4 ohm and Skar 6x9 is 4 ohm, stock wiring config. does this create a 2 ohm load at the amp? Looking at tuning the amp and need to know numbers for correct voltage readings.

Maybe @destin_meeks has an answer?

Parallel.

Even if you run the 6x9's full-range, the amp will only see 2 Ohms above whatever frequency the tweeter is crossed over at, probably 10kHz.
