A couple of days ago, I was working on the Taco it's a 2010 Access Cab. I left it with the key on for around 4 1/2 hours. I started it up and it seems fine, my question is will this hurt the vehicle any? I will keep a ear to it for the next few time I run it. Thanks.

Wouldn't think it would be an issue. Draining the battery would have been the only thing I would have guessed, but you said it started just fine.

The Battery was own around 10.5 volts, and I let it run and ran it up to 1000 to 2000 rpms for a while. I shut it off and tested the Battery and it was 12.9 volts. I have drove it once since and it seems to run well and idles good, Thanks for the comment.
