Now that my one week ban is up (thanks Rahl), what Columbus local shops have people been happy with to do work on their trucks? I would like to put on some bolt-on sliders and wanted to see if you guys had any reccs. Or where would you buy items to do work yourself? I'd like to look items over in person prior to purchase and I'd prefer to avoid the high shipping charges on the heavy stuff if possible. Thanks.

You could have 4 Wheel Parts over on Broad order and install them.

They are simple enough that it really is a DIY job. You are going to pay for the shipping either way.

I'm not too worried about the install. I know that I can handle that. I just wanted to find out if any local shops had decent stock. The 4 Wheel Parts website had a pretty small selection of available sliders. If there isn't a shop, I'll have to bite the bullet and pay shipping. Or it's a good excuse for a road trip.

We have been there several times. It's an awesome place. There a literally hundreds of miles of "unmaintained roads" in the area that are a blast.

My wife and I decided to plan a multi-week cross-country National Park tour in a couple of years, COVID willing.

With that, I convinced her that we will be taking the truck and I will be needing a RTT. I am trying to decide between an AAL or new leaf pack to compensate for the RTT and gear. I have an embarrassing 2" block lift, but it works. Thoughts?

For the front, I'm going to need to replace my UCAs and the 3" spacer lift in there. Looking for suggestions for full suspension replacement.

Anyone know if Roman is still doing his thing?

Roman is definitely still doing his thing. He should be able to hook you up with a good setup! He’s on Facebook/Instagram under NEO Garage

He was banned because he was trying to be a vendor here on TW without going through the verification process. Also, I kinda remember something about botched group buys.

Just meaning/hoping he's not having issues with his business and delivering on orders. Not a trust issue.

Been months. That was just vendor status here, on this website. Got impatient, best I can gather. He's plenty operational outside of TW.

Enjoy. The install is not bad. Couple of good video how-to's on youtube.
