Rok blockz

Hello taco world, new member here, just wondering if anyone has dealt with Rok Blockz before? So far my impression of them is horrible. Instructions are garbage, they sent the wrong hardware, and no phone number. Their return policy is pretty bad from what it looks like, so yeah, my first taco mod is a bust, I feel like I just threw away 150.00.

I've bought two sets of flaps from RokBlokz over the years. No issues so I haven't needed to contact them. Poking around their web site, you can open a support ticket here: https://rokblokzhelp.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new (it's the same system if you need to buy replacement hardware due to loss or damage later) Also feel free to canvass their DMs on Facebook and Instagram. Mention your order # so they know you're serious.

So Brooke at rok blockz got back to me quickly and is sending new hardware. I may have been a little anxious about bad mouthing rok blokz, I was frustrated, but the response from Brooke was quick.
