So I’ve been contemplating for some time on replacing my current pro Comp spacer lift. Since tires will be needed soon figured I can knock it out all at the same time. I’m thinking about Fox or Kings and like having 285’s but would be ok with dropping down to 265’s. I live in Southern California and have no intention of rock crawling. Mainly fire roads to get to camp sites. I have a bed rack and a RTT. Are there shops you can take your truck to and drop off for the suspension rebuilds. Or is it something I would need to remove suspension and take in to be rebuilt. I’m fairly mechanically inclined but do not have the garage space to be removing this at home. My other option I was looking at were the Bilstein 6112/ 5160 combo. Any reccomendations?

Imo. I’d stick with the bilsteins for your use.

We can either arrange to have your truck in the shop to pull and rebuild shocks, or you can send them into us. One is more expensive than the other, but it would get done same day. Either way, you really should take it to someone that knows how to rebuild the shocks correctly.

Aside the ability to rebuild and not have to buy all new shocks, the performance you will get from them will be much better than a sealed generic shock. You don't need to be an off-road nut to enjoy some good quality shocks. We are in So Cal also, and the roads are not that great ;)
