    This is the third gen forum, should move this to the 1st gen.

    I’m not sure if the motor mounts to the first gens are like the T4Rs, but I was looking to do this on my 93 4Runner With a 3.0, and it required a hole to be cut in the hood because of the higher position of the 3.4. That hole could be hidden with a hood scoop. I had to rebuild my 3.0 6 times so I ended up just selling it instead of swapping, I couldn’t focus on getting the parts needed just because I kept having to do rebuilds.

    Fuck it. I'd go with a crate LS, or if you're a ford guy, a 351w/427 stroker and maybe a hole in the hood for the air cleaner.

    If he wants a car motor, he could go with a 3.5 2GR FKS from a 3rd gen. :spy:

    We’ve done one before I sold it. It is doable with 1st gen. Just need to find another totaled truck to build mine. So figured I’d ask n post. Thx y’all
