Got a 2018 TRD offroad. Sitting on 3 inch block lift. Just hit a damn deer and need a bumper. The one I want will add about 140lbs to the front. Will I sad and if so what solution would you reccomend to me doing?

Typically you will lose 1/2 to a 1/4 inch depending on bumper and springs you have. 600s will sag more than 700 or 650

Yeah the body shop quoted $1,000 in damage and the new bumper I want is around $1500 so might as well spend a bit more and upgrade then go back to stock. It's a hybrid bumper I just like the way it looks tbh. I am just worried because my ride quality is already kinda shitty because it's on blocks not a true suspension lift. Dont want to sag or make quality too much worse ..

Well right now it's just sitting on blocks nothing has been done to suspension or springs. 1/2 inch loss seems minimal but I dont want to harm performance of the vehicle I already did the disservice by not going with a true lift kit

You'll know the second you hit the brakes, if the truck nose drives, then new springs may be needed.
