HAM is working out great. I need to get a better quality mic extension cable. The one I bought off eBay has a cheap connector that wont keep the cable plugged in. (nothing wrong with the actual mic cable)

Need to fine tune the headlight aiming... but they are working good.

 

Did another nice day trip with a couple buddies on Memorial day.

Around 55 miles in the woods and a bit of trail clearing.

 

Got a Hi Lift and mount set up on the truck.

 

Ordered Superbumps from Wheelers.

 

Picked up a 5th (matching) wheel and had it mounted.

 

Hey Bud love the build. I spent the last couple days catching up. Quick question, how did you like the headlights before the projector retrofit? I'm looking to do some Amazon headlights before pulling the trigger on projectors. Looking forward to more inspiration.

Love the headlights. I'm glad I went with them. My intention was always to end up retrofitting the 1 piece headlight housings.

 

Those housings are badass. They appear to be sold out otherwise I was about to buy them last night. Your retrofits truly look one of a kind in those housings.

 

I got the idea of the 1 piece housings from @LSC15 he had posted some pics of a set he was doing.

 

Glad I can inspire others lol

Installed the leafs this weekend. Can already tell the difference... much improved.

 

Ordered a few more things for the up coming project

 

Pieced together a little (6 gallon) water container for the bed.



I have a schrader valve ordered with a reducer to replace the 1/2 inch plug (upper left) so I can add some positive pressure.

The container fits nicely right here.



Should make a nice little addition to our mobile kitchen.

 

Had some more parts show up.




I'm pretty much to the point of waiting on the rear shocks to get here, so I can rip apart the back half of the truck and...
