Speaking about seatbelt buckles smacking the pillars, I hate it when my passengers unbuckle fast and practically fling it against the pillar. :frusty:

I hate when I unbuckle, occasionally the buckle part would fling up and smack my window. It leaves little marks on the window tint.

For the passenger seat belt buckle flapping against the B-pillar in the wind, it annoyed me too. When no one is sitting in the front passenger seat, I turn the buckle around 180deg, and stick the metal latch down in the slot between the vertical adjuster and the trim below that. Keeps things pretty non-flappy like that.

I've had to lean over and straighten out the passenger to keep it from tapping the B-pillar more than once. I can't stand hearing any kind of rattles. May have to give the plastic covers a try.

That’s a good idea, I think I’ll steal it for use in my 4runner. The rear seat belts flop all around and drive me nuts when I have all my windows open.

That works, thanks! I’ll probably still look into a clip or adhering some felt there.

    Sure, but...
    • Looks goofy, can't unsee.
    • Makes it more awkward to put items on the front seat.

Close! She always wears a seat belt. And when I moved the seat forwards, the rattling is much less.
