No. I'm waiting on a buddy to send me the ECGS bushing tool. I went ahead and ordered it while I was at it. I figured I might as well do it with the susp.

I’m not saying you can’t bend a spindle crawling though and I’m sure someone has done it. I’ll probably gusset mine eventually....just because I can.

I highly doubt the kind of "wheeling" I'll do will cause problems.

I doubt the kind of wheeling anyone in here does will cause problems, but you never know. More likely to go out bending a tie rod or something.

I consider myself more of a camper that goes offroad occasionally rather than a "crawler" :D

I'm not much of a rock crawler either. I like a variety, dirt trails, some mud, some rocks, hills, just any terrain off road!

Have a little story and a gripe this morning.

Seller backed out on me on the jet skis we agreed on purchase. Went to bank, the seller was involved giving info about the product so I could get approved for the loan. Got the loan. Seller backed out while I’m on my way to Florence to meet and pay for them pending a test drive of course. Can’t begin to tell you how pissed I’ve been since yesterday. Went to bed mad and woke up madder now that before.

Lesson learned when buying from individual online for large purchase. Next time if I ever do this I’ll fax/email a purchase agreement that we both have to sign and it’ll be notarized by my bank legally binding them to the sale. Now my credit took a hit plus I had to pay a $50 fee to turn the loan back in which the person will not even pay me back.

I’ve never thought about doing someone so wrong and wondered how people like this sleep at night knowing how they screwed someone else over like this. Going to call lawyer today and see if I have any legal rights on this transaction to see if they can be forced to pay the $50 and whatever difference is on my purchase in future for other pair of jet skis for difference in financing charges. Credit was down to 721 since I purchased a tractor package recently so I’m sure my next inquiry it’ll be lower.

That shit happens all the time man, especially if you buy off FB, CL or stuff like that. I've had flakes and tire kickers ask questions, set up a meet time and then just ghost on me. I drove to B'ham to sell some calipers and rotors to a guy one time, dude never showed up. I know it's not as financially involved as your situation, but it's still the principal of it all. I'm a man of my word, if I say I'm going to do something, I do it. Not everyone is like this, sucks, but it is what it is.

    Morning gents :hattip:

WARM, HUMID DAY: We note a few scattered showers on radar early this morning over Northwest Alabama… we will maintain a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms across the state today as a surface front approaches. We are not expecting any severe storms, and some places won’t see any rain due to the scattered nature of the showers. Otherwise, we will see a mix of sun and clouds today with a high in the mid-80s.

THE ALABAMA WEEKEND: Unusually dry air for late May will roll into the northern two-thirds of the state tomorrow; the sky will be mostly sunny with a high in the mid-80s. Any showers tomorrow should be confined to the far southern counties of the state. Sunday promises to be a delightful day with sunshine in full supply and lower humidity levels. We start the day in the 57-67 degree range, followed by a high in the low to mid-80s.

NEXT WEEK: Monday morning will be refreshing with lows in the 50s in many areas; the sky will stay sunny with a high in the 80s. Then, expect slowly rising heat and humidity levels for the rest of the week… we could see 90-degree heat by Thursday and Friday. The weather will be generally dry, although a few isolated showers are possible over the latter half of the week.

    Coming soon
It sucks that he backed out of the deal.

This is a suggestion if you are concerned about another credit pull. You can always go back to the same financial institution and ask for a pre-approval on a jet ski loan and ask if they will reuse the same credit pull. Most will use a single credit pull over a 30-45 day period unless there was something that needed correcting on the original. I work at a credit union and we will reuse a credit pull for 30 days unless there is something negative or there are any signs of fraud going on.
