Post your BLACK 3rd Gens

I have a grey Jamis Gravel bike.... that’s almost black

 

Jamis Gravel bikes are nice.

I went to the bike store other day and saw black mountain bike.. cost $3k ... I like the way it looks.. I may get it later after I get my truck done and ready for off road.

 

I stumbled across the bike used. It’s the Renegade expert. I just started riding seriously in January and it’s been a good bike so far, though I’ve only used it as a road bike so far!

 

Whats the tongue weight on that trailer? That ass shouldn't be squatting like that from a boat should it? I have a 900 lb Scamp camper that I plan on pulling with mine...

 

I don’t know the tongue weight but the whole package is about 3600lbs

 

I've had it happen once or twice on some serious grades while off roading. Nothing to worry about if youre not stuck

 

I should also mention that this boat squatted the back of my 2016 Ram 1500 as well.

 

It was quite a surprise but In the end didn't worry me too much.

 

My 2020 DCLB OR. At 48, this is the first new truck I ever bought for myself. I’ve bought new cars for the wife and a few new motorcycles but always drove used trucks that were sort of beaters. I went all out on this one, got exactly what I wanted. I’m not big on modifications, I save that stuff for motorcycles, but I’ve done a handful of cosmetic things to make it mine. Mostly focused on eliminating chrome. I’m feeling pretty done with it now. Got a set of Meso turn signals coming to finish it off. I’m really loving the truck.

 

Did you just pop off the Toyota logos on the center caps and replace them? I also just picked up a 2020 and was wondering if those just popped off because I completely removed all the badges/sticker already...

 

Yep, you just push in the little tabs on the back side and they come right off. Easily reversible. I blacked out the badges with Toyota parts tossed into the deal by the dealership. Removed the silver bed stickers and had new black and red ones made to take their place.

Did you get the rear ones? Or does he have the front/mirror ones coming?

I've got the rear ones (total tail light conversion stage 1) and it is pure Rock and roll

 

All dat chrome...

 

I got the turn signal ones. He sent an email today that they were available. Just wanted to address that last bit of chrome. I’m good with the head/tail lights.

 

Are those the Go Rhino composite/aluminum side steps? Did you go 2” front/1” rear?
