That’s a terrible excuse. Just because you do something to the bike and the work isn’t done by the dealer doesn’t automatically mean that your warranty is void. They can only void a warranty or part if they find the cause of the damage/defect to be related to what was modified. Same as a automobile manufacturer

I don’t know a lot about motorcycles. I do know my exhaust is illegal and If I do the exhaust tune and intake somewhere else and something goes wrong with my exhaust intake or tuner... Harley has zero responsibility to cover anything of mine under warranty.

I just discovered that somebody stole my motorcycle battery tender out of my garage.


That really pisses me off.

 

Threads been filled with them lately. I’d probably do it myself, but it’s your money and your bike. Same people trynna tell me to do the 1k service myself. Fuck em. Just go take it in to HD and get it done. Then you don’t gotta worry about shit

 

Thanks guys. Just feeling well enough to get back on TW! Do not have Covid but that test was not fun. Had a fever of 102.5 Tuesday night and didn’t get below 100 (even with Tylenol) until yesterday. Already feeling 100% better though even after just one day fever free.

tbh though in your case i think it is just pointing out your contradictions, like just now telling someone you would probably do it yourself then saying you paid someone to do it, that makes no sense... or is it just me

lol just busting your balls , i don't shame people for paying to have their machine serviced... I myself pay plenty at times when I just do not want to bother.
