All that sucks. Bad part is one wrong thing leads to more wrong things. Sad state of affairs.

If no one claims the large, I could always use a new shirt. I didn't get any clothes for last Christmas so I'm getting low

years ago I took a gal out, went to a cook your own meat place, I had a porterhouse, she got a filet....and killed the thing, soaked it in butter and roasted it damn near jerky, suddenly I wasn’t feeling well and took her home.... and I went out drinking the rest of the night.

 

maybe you should have cooked it for her...and she might would have wanted your meat later that night

I actually offered, she didn’t think I was cooking mine right, It wasn’t on the hottest part of the grill... there were other ‘indicators’ as well, and it would have had a happy ending, but I wasn’t ready for crazy at that point, and it was heading that way. .... the cooking of the meat was the last straw, it started at her apt prior with her crushing and grinding then snorting ephedrine and then slugging back a shot of vodka. It was a weird night that I don’t regret.... (Ephedrine used to be sold OTC before it was banned in 2003, my experience with her was early ‘90s, recreational pharmaceuticals were a little easier to obtain)

Anyone got a spare iPhone X or newer phone laying around not being used? I dropped my X in the pool today and despite being IP67 rated water got into it in the 5 seconds it was in the pool. Now it’s on an endless loop of rebooting. Not trying to buy a brand new phone with me not having a jerb.
