Does anyone have some clear photos or diagrams of the placement of the evap and heater cores in the HVAC shroud? I'm looking for access to get an endoscope on the other side of the evap core, the side that can't be accessed from the air filter side. So far this is all I've found

Sorry all I posted on one of my old posts and revived it lol. I was trying to get access to the area between the evap and heater core through one of the vents but never could figure it out. The evap drain line takes a sharp bend and I can't get a scope through it. Both my AC and heat smell funk so I'm thinking something might be going on with the heater core as well and want to get a visual on it

Did you try going through the area where the inlet air filter goes or remove the blower motor/fan assembly?

Remove Glove box, Remove cabin air filter send endoscope through the opening to the left.
Remove blower motor and send endoscope in to the left.

Yea I've been in that way but you can only get to the back side of the evap from the blower fan hole, I'm trying to get to the other side between the evap and heater core

You can use a product like this to clean the evaporator. https://www.amazon.com/FJC-5914-Foaming-Evaporator-Cleaner/dp/B002EAKX88

I've used a better product where you drill a hole into the heater box and insert a fitting, spray the product into the fitting then cap it off. I can't remember who made it.

How about in through the driver's side footwell heater duct?
