Now that it has been one year and 15k miles later, I have come to the conclusion that I would have just saved a few bucks if I went with an OR over a Pro. I only say that because I feel like I have replaced just about everything except for the wheels.
I'm mostly joking though, I love the sunroof and leather interior. You also save some money by selling those stock parts, so it works out.

The Wife and I try to off-road and/or camp at least twice a month. Mainly here in Southern California but have been as far as Park City/Heber UT.

With all that being said, here is the build that has burned a hole into my pocket. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer.

Welp. Got the King extended travel 2.5, Total Chaos UCA & Icon RXT kit installed about a week ago. Love it so far. Adjusters are real easy to use and access.

Pretty easy install if you have all the tools. Took about 6 hours.

Have the anytime front and back facing camera arriving today... should be nice for those little solo trips without a spotter.

Very nice build! I'm taking a similar approach and making it up as I go along.

Year old thread but your rig is awesome dude! I’ve got a super white Pro with stock rims and Kings as well! Waiting on CBI sliders and bumper right now. Any plans on doing a front bumper at some point? I kind of want to keep the factory rigid fogs with amber lenses but kind of conflicted, considering Baja squadrons instead. Wanted to get the opinion of another pro owner.

Would have never seen this if I didn’t get an email alert. Lol.
but yeah it’s been awhile since I posted an update here. Actually have done a few more mods since the last post here which will answer your question!

Upgraded to a Lil Bs Hybrid front bumper, AB6 headlights, 35s and 17” RRW wheels

I sold the Rigids and have a SAE and Pro squadrons on each side of the bumper, as well as some Pro Squadrons as ditch lights.

Awesome lol, glad you saw it. I think you just sold me on the amber SAE squadrons for my CBI bumper. Your truck is a bit beyond where mine will be when all the parts ship eventually.

shame I moved from Orange County a year ago or we could be tearing shit up! Lol

A photo to bring back memories of when yours wasn’t all done up haha. I’ll definitely keep an eye on any build thread you start in the future too

Low key miss those easier days. Much more of a pain to care for now. Lol. I’ll have to go and shoot some more photos when work isn’t all crazy.

How do the Kings ride vs the stock Foxes? Guessing the extended travel will be noticeable off-road but any improvement on-road, especially with the 285s?

How are you liking the AB6s? I’m torn between those, a custom BHLM/retro, or morimotos.

I think they have the best aggressive and unique look out of any aftermarket headlight. I was having some difficulties with them though only a few months after installing. Both were fogging a little after heavy rains and one ballast went out. Sent a message to the company and they are sending me a replacement ballast though. I also opted for the Demon Eyes. Would probably skip that option if I did it again.

It was still a huge difference compared to the Fox suspension. I tend to ride with them stiff on the road/daily driving, then loosen them up for off-roading. Plus the extra 1" makes a night and day difference if you plan to do any crawling. That was the main reason I decided to upgrade after hitting some harder trails where everyone was 3" or above while I was at 2" and struggling. Lol
