Looking at some 2018 Tacoma’s on vin search at Toyota.com, I see the following listed:

Towing Receiver Hitch, Eng Oil Cooler, Pwr Steering Cooler, 130-Amp Alt, 4/7-Pin Connector, & Trailer Sway Cntrl Coil

They don’t specifically list ATF . It is an automatic.

Is it listed elsewhere ? Did I miss it ?

If it's a v6 with the tow package it has to transmission oil cooler if it's an automatic, plus the items you referenced.

Not worth it. You can buy a completely bolt-on hitch from etrailer for ~$120.
