    Had a little bit of history come in last nite.

    "85" Schaller Golden 50, reverse zebra.

    Not sure what's it's going in but it's super rare and I've already been offered twice what I paid for it from someone doing a resto project.

    Pretty decent Bday present to myself.

    The best present was getting a call from my mom and 96 yr old gram. Can't wait to spend some time in Ohio with them during the 4th of July Holliday.

    I've had an "81" Schaller Golden 50 (black) in my Roadstar 2, 430 custom for 35 years. They are beasts!!

    Well, amid all this madness of people pulling vintage guitars from out of the closet and under the bed and selling them for exorbitant prices.

    Just offered up my "81" Kramer Voyager to a guy who is specifically looking for a strat head Voyager.
    I threw a crazy high $$ on it. We shall see what happens.

    That looks like a pickguard for a Carvin super Strat guitar. Nice design, but the volume & tone knobs are too close to each other for me. What’s wrong with your pickguard?

    Dean's are all gone, EVH Frankie is gone. Both epi are gone. 81 Kramer pacer graphic is gone.

    I'm basically down to all my Roadstars(10), 3 Kramer Baretta reissues, hello kitty squire, and my Kramer Voyager.

    It is, I swapped the carvin set up on to the Yamaha pickguard close to 20 years ago. Figured it’s time for an update since this thread has motivated me to fix up my crap. The guard has yellowed and as you said, the knobs are too close, not a big fan of the five way, and I plan to eliminate the mini switch and replace with a push pull.
